In 2022, we partnered with the City of Helsinki to meticulously renovate Finlandia Hall, ensuring it meets modern standards for efficiency and accessibility, all while respecting its rich legacy. The project rejuvenated the interior, significantly improved energy efficiency, and made the building more accessible for everyone. For communities around Seattle, USA, your commute and your environment are getting an upgrade.  Scheduled to open this fall, the L300: Lynnwood Link Extension, delivered jointly by Skanska USA Civil and Skanska USA Building, will connect North Seattle and Lynnwood, taking cars off the road and offering a more efficient travel option. The project also minimized its footprint on the sensitive McAleer Creek wetland using creative construction methods and waterway revitalization, vital to local wild salmon populations. Thank you Washington State Department of Transportation for putting your trust in our team to replace the Portage Bay Bridge in Seattle, Washington, USA.   The $1.4 billion design-build project will construct two new parallel bridges that meet current seismic resiliency standards.
