Aluminium designs of the series bolt-on and bolt-through
Bilz precision levelling wedges in aluminium design hard anodised (hard coating) are distinguished by their very high layer density, high degree of hardness – up to 600 HV and very good wear properties.
The levelling wedge is easy to adjust and particularly suitable for EMC applications.
Examples: Machines for the food and luxury food industries, machines for the packaging, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Bilz also offer special solutions without lubricant and for higher loads for applications in clean rooms.
Bolts: Suitable bolts and nuts with standard thread and anchor for floor anchoring (only PKD-AL and PKDK-AL) can be supplied on request,
